If you are retired and want to leave the U.S. 1. Research places you would like to live. And pick one to try out first. 2. Save money, and have Social security pension or have a way to make money. 3. Have a passport 4. Get rid of all you stuff, sell it, or give it away to family and friends. 5. Pack your bags 7- shirts,7-shorts,7-underwear, 2-tennis shoes, 2-flip flops,1-water shoes, 2-slide ,7-socks. 1 toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant. 6. Book flight, and room reservation. 7. Leave.@@minks313

Soon, we will be like San Francisco: homeless people all over downtown in tent cities with poop and urine on the streets and addicts/alcoholics on every corner. I've driven through San Francisco just four weeks ago. Downtown was a dystopian nightmare: homeless people everywhere, the stench of human waste was in the air, a LOT of skyscrapers were abandoned and locked up, boarded up restaurants that I frequented with my aunt and uncle as a kid, tent cities that stretch for blocks. This is where Dallas is heading if we don't do something but it's probably too late.

I word of advice, which by the way has nothing to do with discrimination. I myself am of mixed race. Be very cautious with regards to who will be your neighbors. I am currently living near Indian computer engineering students. Ever since they moved in I have been having issues with my Wifi and computer network being hacked. Besides that, they like to save money and so they will fit about 4 people in a small 1 bedroom apartment. Which causes excessive noise at all hours. Additionally they like having phone conversations outside which usually tends to be in front of other tenants apartments which can cause a disturbance. When they use the laundry room they leave the clothes in the machines over night and do not clean up after themselves once they are done. Additionally, They are not very clean in general. Once a cat must have taken a dump near their front door and they never cleaned it up. This attacted flies in my home. It was a mess.

Great vlog! I’m moving to Dallas in July from VA. Originally from SC. I visited in April to Apt hunt, saw 8 apts in neighboring cities (Irving, Arlington, Mansfield) and couldn’t decide because the prices are like you said…ridiculous lol. So I came back and did more apt tours through looking at YT vlogs and virtual tours. Just signed a lease last week for a 1BR 1 BA in Irving, 917 sF for 1663 NO UTILITIES 😩

Same for me. I can't afford ANYTHING. Where do people get the idea that housing is "cheap"??? BS. My cousin's house in Kansas is so cheap that it would cost over $1.2 million anywhere in Texas. His house is a whopping 4,000 sq feet with a FOUR, yes f o u r car garage and four bedrooms. That's how good housing is but then, no wonder, Kansas doesn't have much out there. Anywhere I go in Kansas, it costs twice as much for movie theater seats.

Hey I have a question! I’m coming down from PHILLY to visit Dallas and don’t know anyone there. Should I rent a car from enterprise or I should just Uber? I’ll be there for 3 days doing site seeing. I’m really hoping to enjoy myself even though I’ll be solo and get some good food. I’m also a preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
