@@LIVINGINDALLAS not just that the cost of living here is insane. A 1500 sqft house is valued at 1.1 million. There’s no way as a young adult I can save for a house by my 30s.

I noticing a lot of towns north of Dallas, their high high school infrastructure is amazing beautiful brand new football stadiums and other infrastructures as well. Their high schools are crazy very nice and Melissa looks like that’s a newer high school. That is a massive stadium.

What about the smell from the feedlot and landfill? Con #6. At least they’re getting an HEB in 2025. Community growth could’ve been planned better. Just a monotony of houses, epitomizing dystopian suburbia.
