The first are called Zang Triangle & the last are Bellrock @ bishop arts. The prices change daily so these may or may not be the same price as shown in the video

I know this video is old and you probably moved, but if you haven’t, make sure you pay attention to the nightlife in these areas. Some have excessive traffic on the weekends.

How much are the extra fees? I found some nice 2 bd 2 bath apts in Dallas for 1350-1480 and when I went and toured and got the price breakdown they’d add an extra 100-200 in fees. I finally found an amazing 2x2 1100 sq ft apt for 1400 and no extra fees. Took 3 wks of searching and touring tho 😅

Don't let this video fool you. Im from MA as well but have been in Dallas for a while. While the apartments shown are okay, they are not luxury, they are the expectation in Dallas. These apartments are also in not so desirable neighborhoods. If you want a great apartment in a great neighborhood you can expect to pay $2k minimum up to over $10k.

​​​@@adamjones8241 As a Dallas native I could not disagree with you more. Almost all of these are in very desirable neighborhoods. Bishop Arts, design district, medical district, if you're in the medical field. They're all within 10 mins of downtown too. If you'd like to consider luxury a concierge service, valet parking, and retail then be my guest but for the most part these apartments are nothing close to the "expectation" of many affordable and basic Dallas apartments.

@@allenwright2378 Those neighborhoods are not as desirable as you think. Bishop Arts is so so, Medical district is very transient, Design District is very retail friendly but not very residential friendly. I've been here 16 years, they've been trying to improve each of those areas ever since and its not working. These apartments are not luxury. This is the minimum expectation of luxury. Luxury does not mean affordable or basic as you stated.

@@adamjones8241 As you stated, minimum expectation of "luxury" not Dallas apartments in general as you stated in your original comment. A neighborhoods desirability can be determined based on personal preference, but as a whole you cannot make the case that those neighborhoods aren't desirable, especially Bishop Arts.
