I have always wondered about Romans 7. I’ve heard just about everything you can imagine on it. None of it was clear. This was amazingly clear!! So much great teaching!!

I like the idea of think of everyone as someone's baby.. I think of everyone as God's precious child, God's creation and if God loves them so must I. And well, in addition to this I live in a rather broken and pain wracked body so I can usually empathize. I guess also over time we hopefully mature and grow in love and understanding. Yes, what Dallas reminds us of what Paul said about putting away all bitterness, wrath, malice, slander, if we are thinking of Christ, of what He suffered for all of us, remembering it grieves God for us to be filled with all those things. I know I must at times grieve my Savior but I don't want to ever cause my beloved Jesus any sorrow. My dear grandmother taught me as a little girl that my unkindness, ugly behavior hurt Jesus, that He would be crying if I acted ugly. I could understand that better than grieving my own parent. Jesus loves me so much more than a human is capable of.

I find parallels with the Do's & Don't of Moses, living Spiritual versus living and dying in body. Also Metaphor for such maybe Buying expensive Computers if used playthings & table weights

Hadn't Jesus walked and talked even to lilies and sparrows like God in Eden if only His gardens spread out to ends of Earth's wheretoo hisses and rattles heard?!
