i remember when my dad told me that Kidd died. i just couldnt believe it, i still to this day just cant process that Kidd is dead, it took me months to fully accept it. i grew up listening to him every day growing up as a kid going to school, and he was such a lively person, doing so many amazing things for the world... and then he was just gone like nothing. its just mind blowing.

Same here I couldn't believe it when I heard it. I love that Big Al is spearheading the show now but he refuses to change the name of the show. It's still the Kidd Kraddick in the morning show

I believe it's J-Si running the boards now as opposed to Big Al. That was Kidd's place so I believe he is leading the show now. This is only my assumption though...

I used to listen Kidd Kraddick every morning on the radio in Louisiana. I haven't listened since I moved and I am just now finding out he passed away. I had no idea. This is heart breaking. I can not believe he is gone.

QJ Verdun sorry you’re just finding out. It was tough to find out at the time. I remember listening to his show on the way to school before even JC and Jenna joined. They were a family and an extended part of mine. His death hurt and I still think about, obviously, as I’m commenting on this video. Wish you the best.

Copper Brass I listened to Kidd every morning before school as well. He was apart of my life. I was doing some research on him one day to find out how he got started in the radio industry and read he passed away. It really broke my heart. Thank you for the kind words, I really appreciate it.

A piece of my childhood died with Kidd Kraddick. His work with that charity flying kids to Disney and his thanksgiving specials and Christmas...he was a disc jockey that went above and beyond what was expected of him and impacted many families in the Dallas area and across the nation....it was truly a tragedy to hear of his passing. I hope his family is doing well all these years later and am sure Kidd is somewhere right now in a better place. Love to all. ❤️

I used to listen to the show on my way to work every morning and I was so heartbroken when I found out Kidd died. I remember how somber the shows were for awhile after.

I used to listen to Kidd’s show for 4 years back in Saudi Arabia when I was there for work thru a broadcast from American military radio -the only English radio station program exist at the time. I later found out when I moved to Lebanon about Kidd’s passing. Just sad.

The thing that hurt me the most about this whole situation was the fact that shortly before kid died, the show got removed from my local radio station. I had to find out about this from Facebook.

The room.... After my mother had a stroke we were showed to the room to wait for the doctor. My father was so numb and so unaware of what exactly was going on. I knew that once we were shown to that little room with dim lighting, boxes of tissues, and a few chairs that it was all over. My dad said, "Well, hopefully he has some good news for us." I just said yea... even though I knew that the room we were directed to was not for sharing good news.

David P. Cradick or Kidd, return to God due to arteriosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease. He had an enlarged heart and died of cardiac disease. I really miss Kidd. I hope he's a peace. Doctors are reporting more cases of younger people having the disease today because of smoking and poor diet. Heart disease cant strike anyone at anytime. See your doctor regularly and take care of you and watch for the signs.

Im waiting on they day the station acquired Kid’s AI voice and give us a full episode just as Kid welcomed us all in the morning. While it would be so weird I would be sooo happy to hear his voice talking about life now. 😭

I despised Kidd, all the way back to the 80s on power 95, I couldnt stand his annoying lisp. I loved his rivalry with Russ and how much of a bafoon Kelly was. Now that both are dead, all I can do is thank both of them for being a part of my life when I was growing up Dallas before I moved on in life but still think about both of them for different reasons.
