Yes, we lost part of the last sentence. He's saying that we can't fulfil the commands of Jesus by simply trying harder. The key is to work on becoming the kind of person who wants to do what Jesus taught.

Is there any possibility that these slides or the handouts for the series is available somehow? I know much of Dallas’ illustrations and diagrams are used in other places and in his books, but it would be great to know which ones he’s referring to in certain places.
