The traditional 32nd DalmaSong was held, a unique event that brings together students of Dalmatian studies, and this year as many as 26 talented performers represented 26 historical Dalmatian communes.
Each commune has a 20-member expert jury, which is divided into two categories: expert music and expert linguistic. The expert-music part of the jury evaluates the quality of the song, lead voices, backing vocals, arrangements and similar musical categories, while the expert linguistic part of the jury evaluates the quality of the text, correct pronunciation and similar linguistic categories. No commune can vote for itself. The points are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12. The commune that collects the most points is the winner.
