Thanks John I appreciate that. Im sorry I have not been as active on the pits. We have had so many projects around the house that it has taken up a lot of our free time. We've been painting, new landscaping/sprinkler, including driveway, new windows. Every now and then I do get a chance to do a video. Projects should be wrapping up soon and I'll be back at it. I have the exact same set and I couldn’t be happier. I guess he found out after the fact that there’s a small guide of how the knives are arranged in the block. I can tellya what the wood is…… damn heavy!! I’ve purchased other Dslstrong cutlery as well… The Mezzaluna knife The Punisher meat chopper And a big ole honkin Cleaver A 10” Slicer A 10” scimitar butcher/breaking knife And a few small things.

Company is from Canada but they do make knives from steel that comes from all over the world. I believe they do have plants in China as well.
