I understand that it's pop music, but I don't think I'm overreacting. My comment was pretty reasonable. KDH is one of my fav composers. But by now seems like he's testing the public with his sounding-like-others arrangements. And yes, pop music is easy listening, thus revolve around certain popular keys/melodies, but that doesn't mean good composers are to be making similarly sounding songs esp when the other songs are not their original songs.
