Can’t remember, possibly Frankie’s page. I have seen it elsewhere. I don’t care for spring clamps. I would install a stainless steel screw type. I like your machine as if it’s my own. I’ll shut up now!

The 850 is geared pretty low and the Dalton took take off point an extra 500 RPM, that made for some nice torque! I used the Brass rivots in the kit! The kit made a big difference in the bike...I know you'll enjoy yours!

it's pretty cool how you've took us youtubers along with you, from the good bye to the King, to the pick up of the new bike and continue with the break in and add ons. no disrespect to the king, but the new bike is deff taking on its own personality and should have its own video entrence. I'm sure youll do something crazy, by accident or on purpose and that will make a cool bike shot but you asked about what your screen should say... how bout... opening scene... the screen lights up and scrolls... "welcome to ehtv... the darkside" then maybe a few rips of the exhaust, kinda like darth vader breathing... then some crazy mud slinging scene... or something... anyway... you're doing good man, bike is sweet and coming right along...

Dalton might have supplied you with the kit which was nice of them, but I must say any aftermarket primary clutch will ride circles around a clutch kit on can ams, especially in thick mud. The factory clutch is flawed, only one side locks, as opposed to a aftermarket primary that has both locking sheeves. Either way good video man.
@ehTV1000
@ehTV1000 6 жыл бұрын
I look forward to seeing if you are correct, Many of the lads are running CVTech and other alternatives to compare it to. Should be fun, plus I enjoy doing things a bit different from the rest, excluding the Can Am that is. LOL Cheers and thx for the input my friend.

I know you got the fancy STM primary now, but did you notice any improvement with the dalton clutch kit?
@ehTV1000
@ehTV1000 5 жыл бұрын
Yes sir, Dalton clutch kit works mint to get you going fast real quick, But full primary is better for running under load, such as thick mud.
@XMARGH
@XMARGH 6 жыл бұрын
No shortage of hired help eh! With all that gear reduction built into the transmission you probably won't have any problems with just a clutch kit on that Gade XMR. The same goes for the 1000 XMR Outlander boys, the problems start to show up in the 800/850XMR that don't get all that gear reduction, they tend to burn belts on a stock primary.

I've have been talking to Jarret from Mud and Wheels and hoping to work something out soon as I would like to promote his product as well. I've heard nothing but great things. We shall see, Need to get through Christmas first and then maybe more money and time for upgrades. Cheers and great question man. Thx and Cheers

Have you been out riding a lot Joe or have you had to work everyday??? I bought a brand new ATV in July The summer before this one that just got done, and I hardly touch it. Had lot of plans. But there she sits. 2016 Polaris Sportsman 850 SP Matte Metallic with Warn 3500HD Winch (Synthetic Cable) - Plow, LED's, Rack Storage, Rack X-Tenders. .................... WHOPPING 240 miles on her. I had it for over a full year before I did the first service on it. LOL I had all kinds of plans to get out and go riding, but then work, kids, house, side jobs, all kinds of shit got in the way. One of these weekends i'll have to throw her in the truck and drag'er up to Kingston area so that we can put a few miles on the pod.
