As a true volunteer fan who bleeds orange. I watched every game. You got a steal. You will be thanking the teams that passed on him. Just watch him. He can go full throttle to the end of the game. Most athletic player I have watched. I watched him score 39 in about 3 of his game and the shots come from everywhere. Give him a chance and I know you will be as awed as we have been in Tennessee this year.o

I live in Knoxville, watched 90% of the games this year. I'm so excited that he is playing for my Lakers. He can shoot and don't underestimate his hops. He will dunk on somebody. People are killing me with their lazy views comparing him to Austin Reeves. The biggest thing he needs to improve on his defensee. The Lakers have a slasher, mid-range shooter and 3 point shooter.

I think he's a good pick up, but definitely not a keep that man at all costs. To add context...various GMs in the league have said the Top 5 in this years draft talent wise would be in Top 15 in any other draft year. So this is like getting someone who was going to go 15th in any other years draft at 27. Still a good pick up, but talent wise likely not a game changer. E.g. It's not like picking up a Darius Garland (#5 in 2019 draft) at 17, but more like getting Nickeil Alexander-Walker (#15 in 2018 draft) at 27.

This guys is better than what the tape can show you. Everybody knows he can put up huge numbers, but they're understated. Look closely on how teams defend this guy. teams are marking him down and he can still put this numbers, with LBJ and AD, he will have all the time to shoot those 3's. Don't be surprise if you see this guy put up a 30 early on the season because of how open looks he's going to get.

Teams around 12 to 16 tend to make promises to players in the hopes that the player won’t work out for other teams in front of them. They don’t wanna break that promise because it destroys the relationship with the agent and makes their word worthless. These teams in the 13-16 range didn’t even work out Dalton because they didn’t think he would be there and they already made promises to other players. It’s simple as that, at least which teams between 12 and 16. Pelinka is well known for breaking his word though, so a promise from him was useless anyways

Kevin Durant is a sneaky possible pick up at the trade deadline If the suns arent top five or six in the west. The value of the Lakers picks from 2028 to 2031 would have far more value to the suns than anyone else. Because both LeBron James and Kevin Durant would be gone or too old by the 2027 2028 season. Only an old AD would remain and he would be hurting the Lakers chances of winning because of how much payroll he would take up.
