DAM Hi-T bite indicator video 2021 *** ENG SUB***

These DAM / MAD Hi-t alarms are one of the most best bangs for your bucks which I have ever seen in carp alarm markets! I got 2x 3 alarms (6alarms in total, each package 3 alarms) for only 300 euros which is a bargain to be honest. Was on black Friday but still. They are great for everything except if you need that "vibration roll line detector" which only a few almost 1000 euros alarms have anyways like the RX+ from Fox. But those are so much more expensive. DAM is also a very respectable fishing company from Germany and I have owned reels from DAM in the past, never had any issues. I think this Hi-T alarm is such underrated. Can't believe not many people do reviews about it. Perhaps it's a niche thing and it's difficult to buy it? I was lucky to be able to buy it from my country or else they just sell it in UK and that's all.

@ thank you so much man!! :D Yeah, for 6 alarms and paying in total only 300 euros for everything is totally just lucky for me! :D 50 euros per alarm especially when 2 receivers are included with separated knobs for all settings (you don't even need to click on buttons to rotate /cycle the settings like other alarms for example Fulcrum - which i think is a bit waste of time and only annoys fellow carp fishermen next to you. In this way with the knobs, it's like you have your own memories of settings inside the alarm and makes it so much better. The only downside of this Hi-T alarm which I could find is that it is soooooooo difficult to take out batteries from the battery compartment. You might even risk to destroy the battery or the plastic compartment in the process (especially in the receiver). I have found some tricks to make it much easier to take in and out by simply folding some very slippery tapes (you can buy from builder construction stores) and insert it between battery and the compartment. In that you, it causes much less friction so it will be much easier to take out. On the receiver compartment, I even taped the 9V battery with knotted braided thick fishing line so I can "fish up" the battery when I'm not using it to preserve the battery from draining. But this battery issue is a minor thing once you have figured out how to take them out. I actually bought these alarms thanks to your review so thanks to you man! :-)

when the receiver batteries are low, what sound does it make?

Hello! I don't know that exactly! I haven't gotten there yet. I change the batteries in a short time because of the videos. According to your manual, it will play an alarm or warning sound. Which will be different from the other sounds! Best regards!

Hi. Why on your bite alarms is DAM logo, and on other people same bite alarms is MAD logo?

Hi! The name MAD was present in the DAM range until 2020. This was the section dealing with carp fishing. When the brand was completely merged into Svendsen Sport, it ceased to exist. Unfortunately, the syndicate broke up... Nevertheless, the bite indicator set and several other products remained the same, only the name changed! Best regards!
