Ingredients For Dum Aloo
Serves 8 persons
cooking time 20 mins only
1/2 Kg baby potatoes
Washed, cleaned, Boiled, peeled, fried and Pierced as explained in Video
2 Tomato Chopped
1/4 Cup Cashews
2 Tbsp Melon Seeds
2 Tsp Dry Coconut
1/2 Cup water
1 Cup Curd
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
3 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Mustard oil
1/4 Tsp Asafoetida/Hing
1 Tbsp Besan
1 1/2 Tbsp Fennel Seeds Powder
1 Tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
1/2 Tsp Chole Masala
1/2 Cup Milk
Take oil as explained In Video
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Mota Masala
1 Tbsp Green Chilli Paste
1 Tsp Ginger Paste
Add tomato Puree
Add Curd Puree
Add Two Cup Milk or 1/2 Cup Khoya
Add Potatoes as prepared as above
*For garnish used cream, butter, khoya, tomato, green chilli, cashew, raisins, grated paneer
*Serve With Tawa Roti, laccha paratha, puri, naan, Missi roti, Rice
Side dishes Masala Bhindi, Dal and Pulao, salad, can be served along with this dum aloo for complete dinner party
