pet friendly ?

To be honest, most of the apartment in Kuala Lumpur will not stated clearly on whether it is a pet friendly or not, same as here. Usually if a resident have a pet (small cat or dog), if it doesn't disturb or annoy other residents, it is fine. But if it does and there are residents complain to the management, then the management have to take some action on it
