@@ilovecatsandsoup as i said before, a free country that gives rights for everyone doesn't have to be secular Assad regime was pro secular and look what kind of syria he left millions died and forced to leave their homeland hundreds of thousands still missing, secularism doesn't work always specially when bigger stronger countries get into your way as you make secular rules they have to be involved, wanna know your point of view? secularism is only about people's freedom of dressing is this it? Any system would work at least the same or better so don't worry about syrians its their choice to choose what they want

@@mohamadibraheem1520 assads system was promoted as secular but in reality they spread sectarianism the most by giving alawites special privileges so its not really secular. secular just means you have the freedom to practice your own religion but without interfering in the law. and i am syrian myself
