Great review. I'm sorry I didn't preorder this figure. I have Destro and Roadblock and am pleased with both. I'm an old school GI Joe fan from the 1970's when Joe's were 12" tall with cloth goods uniforms and every kind of accessory you could imagine. I'm loving these Mezco Joe's; they're pure nostalgia for me.

Just stumbled across this bad boy while looking through bbts and just had to get him. Can’t wait for him to complete my covert ops team. Him alongside the diver, reaper from resident evil and any other black dressed special forces team will be epic!!!

@@Unknown-b8d it all depends on your collection. I’ve got a special forces theme shelf as well as marvel legends and mafex. Batman wouldn’t fit into mine but snake eyes is probably one of the most beautiful all black figures I’ve ever seen and super fun to play with.

great review bro while Snake is not my fav Joe, [Hawk] he s certainly a solid character, and getting a wolf is a nice + however, this proves that keeping in the line is best, as yes, he comes with tons of stuff, but height comparison points the flaw... we only have the 80s as reference, but Snake was shorter than Roadblock or Destro.... I mean, he can t be everything! that s a major let down I think, and at this price... should nt happen still, if you want high end, this is the ticket, it s just that I expected flawless, and it s not aside from that, he s magnificent, the look, wolf, accessories... just the hands man... wow, he can talk sign language no doubt some news... I m still on my urban dio, it s going well, except for the foam cutter that broke... s...t! got Sienna from league of legends [black girl 7'], and Shang chi s Xialing, on clearance both can grab guns and do nicely for civilians hostages I can t wait until it looks like your excellent scenes here, D I must be clocking over 30 hrs on this so far, and maybe $100 of stuff - material, ...and all cardboard and foam were free... yeah, well it s going to look fab once done, all interiors are cardboard to give a warmer texture 1 rst attempt, we ll see how it goes... so now you know... good show bro

So far Mezco's G.I. Joe line is pretty meh. This guy looks chubby with the baggy torso, Roadblock is cool but should have been bigger. Hopefully they don't drop the ball on Storm Shadow

Destro shorter than Snake Eyes and Roadblock barely the same height is a fail in my book. The Classifieds have varied heights that make sense, these absolutely don't. Honestly, the only part of this release that I prefer to the Classified equivalents are the accesories. The figures themselves I don't care about at all.

Mezco and Storm are true “one/twelve” scale which means they will be bigger than say, a hasbro 6inch.

​@@unclejesse4271true 1/12th is often smaller, not bigger. Mezco and storm collectibles are not true 1/12th. True 1/12 is 1 inch per every foot. Snake eyes is 6 foot 2 inches tall. True 1/12 puts snakes at 6.2 inches tall. Storm collectibles is more 1/10 scale than 1/12. Even hasbro isn't true 1/12th. True 1/12th is something like figma or tbleague.
