Sasural main pade huye haraam ki roti todne wale daamad, is gadhe ne life main army ke alawa kuchj nahi socha to ko iski problem hai.last line of defence kitni countried India ko jeet kar de di tune gadhe ... BECAUSE of this Stupid Major Sushant singh now I am judging the understanding of soldeirs in Army . he is also even doubting Intelligence of his generals who has apparently more experince, more Knowledge and More Intelligence then what he would have after taking 3 more birth. and he is Just being selfish abd thinking abt his Pension and becoming givernment damaad for rest of their life.what a shame of a person. He is just telling his own views which might be right or wrong... He said, because of this agnipath scheme, soldiers have to compete with each other, which will affect the sense of love, respect and emotions for each other, the thing is why they have to compete, they only have to concentrate on their learning and do their job... Everyone have to prove themselves everytime, thats what life is all about...Then what's the problem is testing their talent after five years. No doubt he is a well qualified man and an absolute brilliant person, but he kept his own wishes and dreams above the country, that's why when he is not finding kick in his job, he left it and start following what he wanted to do and explore which is completely fine but he said one more thing that soldiers r fighting for their colleagues and friends not for the country which I think is an absolute non-sense... I told what I feel after listening to him, I might be wrong as he has his life experiences with him and a much more knowledgeable person than me but after all he is a Human Being and every person have his own way of taking things... He took it like this, others will not. Jai Hind !!! Jai Bharat !!!

Very true....a person who has no idea of whether he will continue after 4yrs or not is definitely not going to risk his life...he is more likely to run and there will always be a trust deficit. Indian Army's strength is the brotherhood and trust of a 'paltan' and that is being broken by the Govt and bureaucrats. Why should MLAs and MPs be entitled to pension after 5 yrs of no risk to life...save that money and pour that into the army.
@sreeragtk29002 жыл бұрын
Thanks to Major Sushant Singh for being open about the so called Agnipath scheme. The govt is trying to fix a system that was never broken and this will create only problems. At least they should have run a pilot project. Now the people (especially the so called defence page admins) who are supporting the scheme just because of their political affiliation should watch this interview and try to understand why it’s one worst schemes.

Nope he is a special force officer not a game theory specialist. He is bloody expert & good at his job but that does not mean he is good at developing policy. 1st of army is not all about fighting war there are people in army who work at hospitals, gardening, food prepare or a of other places. So all those intern solder will work in those not cambat roles. Again as he is from special force he never faced the issue of low quality ak rifel & shooting with iron sites. Para's are equipped with cutting edge technology but the non-special army man's are even less equiped than europe's most poor country. The 25% of the agniveer will be cream of the milk and ll serve in army like as usual. In 2022 if u have 100 solder & enemy nation has 100 suicide drone swarms who will win? People and govt need to change strategy with times. We spend more than 70% army budget in salary & pension then how can we spend money in R&D, futuristic weapons?

Loved to watch this podcast... I am Ex Indian Navy... Sailor.... Due to present officer's mind set.. I left Indian Navy after 15 years and doing well in civil...... I feel same as he is speaking about agniveer scheme...Some officers thinks "they are only educated in the organisation" ... Gone are the days.....an army chief fighting for his date of birth just to do one year more service.... But jawans are taken on contract basis.... That's why I love my country but don't trust my government... Guys anybody want to join.. Please join

Thanks sir you raise some voice against this scheme 1.Govt cancel joining of airforce students 2. Govt cancel result of airforce written 3 . Also cancel written of army student 4 . In navy they start recruitment through persantage base

How beautifully he taught us so many thing I was left speechless in first half of this podcast..and in the end when he taught us about a very common thing which we all ignore but this man observed them from a different angle. A confident person keeps better person around him from which he learn thing but a under confident person stays happy in a company where others aren't better as him. Learnt some deep insights about a whole new thing. Keep making these podcasts Ranveer Bhai. Jai hind Jai Bharat🇮🇳

Listening to Shushant Sir always a great time. He explained Agnipath Scheme Very well from military perspective. In any country Army should be the last thing to experiment anything on it. More or less 50% of defence pension goes to Civilians of MoD. He said right there are many ways to address and deal with financial crunchs. Sitting between the two enemy we need experienced and high moral army just not the younger army. Waiting for the next part of podcast.
