Vlad is not a, "Culture Vulture." That is a fictional term. In truth Vlad is a very successful Caucasian man who has made his fortune observing and to some extent participating in the the Black American Community. So as fictional terms go, he is a parasite who has grown fat by sucking the blood of the Black Urban Entertainers. In his mind, he is an arbiter of urban street etiquette, when;in all actuality, he suffers from penis envy. Why is it that he constantly attacks black virile men. While I can not stand Terry Cruz, neither can Vlad. However, whenever a strong black man is put out there, Vlad is always there to attack. "Oh this one is a snitch and that one is broke. " Yet, when bitch ass Rick Ross had his ass beaten, Vlad was the first one to snitch and even sue. Rendering himself unqualified to speak on anything in the streets. Pressing charges and suing a person is Cooperating. From his epic demands for an apologetic interview from Minister Lewis Farrakhan, to his constant obsession with Dame Dash and Troy Ave. In essence, Vlad is doing too much. While he is a great interviewer, he is not Black. He can get top from Super head, or hang out with black criminals, but he will never be Black and it would inure to his benefit to remember that fact.
