Harriet Walters is fabulous. She seems to be as amazing as I hoped she’d be. ❤❤

Harriet is absolutely delightful! She definitely has a resemblance to her uncle! Thanks for yet another gem Rob! 😃

I’ve seen Harriet in many, many things. She is popular in Australia and was marvellous in a mini series called The End. But her role in Succession was one I could have imagined studying in English literature, the role that explains the many layers of other characters. Succession was akin to a modern day Shakespeare.

She says (actually shrieks) one of my favorite lines in a film. "VIPER IN MY BOSOM!" Film adaptation of Sense and Sensibility, written by Emma Thompson.

Coincidentally, I just saw a picture of her in peter wimsey mysteries and then this came up in my recommendeds. I think she was the perfect Harriet Vane. Mentally recasting it if there was a remake I can't think of who could play the character to her calibre.

Splendid interview as always Rob. Dame Harriet was so interesting. Oh, and did Harry take you up on your offer of the loo…or did he take his turn?

Rob. This channel is a great podcast where I sounds like the guests know it's ok to talk about those old taboos. It would be nice if even just one Australian would open up with guests like you do. I'm in. Subbed, and thank you. Good listens while I work in the background.

Dame Harriet is brilliant, I saw her live in Stratford-Upon-Avon back in 2015 in DEATH OF A SALESMAN alongside Sir Antony Sher. She also resembles her amazing uncle Sir Christopher Lee a lot (Definitely the Dracula death stare when her characters are angry)

What age is lady Macbeth supposed to be? 45 sounds young; if not, appropriate.
