this reminds me of the anime fandom back in mid-late 2000’s. everything was bubbly and wholesome especially with trends such as caramelldansen, marisa stole the precious thing, and ur favourite characters going to the convenience store. cringy content was there, but you had to make yourself find it instead of having it flat out on your screen like right now.
