I think they made a conscious decision early on to not get involved with each other romantically because it'd complicate everything. That's why they always give vague answers everytime they're asked if they have a history. Sometimes there's a spark between two people but it never evolves into anything more for many reasons. Victoria and Damiano seem to have managed to use their chemistry as the foundation of a very strong friendship which I think was the best decision for the band in the long-term. Romantic relationships, especially in that age, can get messy very easily.

Why isnt she so close with others too? They are just very good friends. First of all, they basically have such chemistry in the group, each with each other. They all hugged and kissed each other. I am sure that such a video can be made with any members of the group. I doubt they all have a love story. Secondly, in their song “Cool Kids”, as well as in some interviews, they talked about the fact that Victoria is a lesbian. Thirdly, Domiano was in a relationship at the time the video was published and is in a relationship now. But their friendship is truly amazing.

io sono piccola, ma faccio davvero fatica a credere che esista il "per sempre". You can call me crazy, but a have a theory that The Loneliest could be about Vic. Obviously he wouldn't say nothing related to it, but I think: why would be the song about the ones he loves and already has with him, if he's expressing his feelings about someone that will never belong to him, even after his death? For me it's like, Damiano have been in love with a person, but for some reason he can't be with them and at the same time, keeps being tortured by the feeling, sees their face all the time in his mind.

That‘s exactly what I think too! When I‘ve seen Dove with him for the first time I thought it was Vic. He speaks about a solo career, Vic flees into the DJ world, but both of them look sad and lost without each other, especially Damiano. He looks tortured to me and I can imagine that he looses himself a bit because of his feelings for Vic. For me it‘s very clear that they both suppress their feelings for each other to not harm the band.
