This model does not have a reverb or echo function control knob. Please check out our other speaker review kzbin.info/www/bejne/o2O8dWBmhJl_m5Isi=0KXZ6FDKdGljkMRA and I have another speaker review coming out later today. Both of these models have an echo or reverb dial.

I got one of them today but when my wife sings the music volume goes down how to fix that

I'm not sure what's going on but I would try installing fresh batteries in the microphone and see if that helps.
