Not calling a timeout was the right call. the mistakes were caleb holding the ball and taking that sack. Throw it away. Then taking more than 20 seconds to run that 3rd down play was bad. Ball could have snapped 5 seconds sooner leaving time for a 10 yard completion and a timeout. If they call timeout before 3rd down they cant throw to the middle of the field to gain the needed 10 yards. They cant spike it on 4th down and they have no timeouts
