Both the platforms are moreover the same, Once you link Your instagram Account to the ads manager you can select on which place you want to run your ads be it Facebook or Instagram

@@daminitripathi But as you mentioned in your video, Instagram won't get me organic traffic after a run an ad on it? and that profile has only 50 followers right now

As of now you can run Ads, But usually once your profile reaches a higher organic reach let's say 200k+ followers at that time running ads might lower the organic reach in certain cases, Also that depends upon the niche you are working in
