it depend on the motion of vibrating body ..some vibrating body may have more than one dof....example of 1dof is swinging of pendulum in which angle thetha is only motion described by pendulum

Instead of not naming the video in English, one solution would be to mention the language of explanation within the title, to avoid such incidents in future; e.g. "Damped Free Vibrations with Viscous Damping-Theory (Equation of motion) [DOM] [In Hindi]" Since English is an official language in India, the concepts aren't transcribed to any language other than English in our English medium schools. while we are learning the concepts in English, many Indian students have problem understanding the concepts, just because they are explained in English (since it isnt most of us' mother tongue). Hence, to not let language be a barrier in understanding the concept, youtubers go for Hindi explanation. Yet since the concept names are in English, we have to search them on You-Tube in English language itself. :)
