I believe ADHD (and maybe OCD too?) also count as neurodivergent. Because it still means that you aren’t neurotypical or “brain normal”

honestly not surprised that Dan has OCD knowing abt how he fucked around with drugs in his earlier years because goddamn can that be a tempting way to try to manage that sorta shit. i dunno what he does now to manage it but it seems to work pretty well so i hope it continues that way! i hope to find some better way to be treated for my problems myself

When a conversation moves along but my brain is still cooking on that past topic, I'm not gonna be able to let it go. I think this is why I prefer typing over talking. Being able to reread things I missed and be as detailed as possible in my response is so much easier.

Mayhaps. :) Although, I will tell you that it’s not the symptoms, but the frequency and severity that matters. A lot of people hate loud noises or have trouble focusing without being ND…but is it to the point you need to wear headphones or can you never get anything done?

You never "cure" OCD or similar types of disorders, you just learn to control them with time, therapy, and medication if necessary
