The Vedi verse is great, and to top it off he wrote it in a night. They made a behind the scenes video and the way it shook out there were three teams close to making playoffs (there ended up being tiebreakers) so Vedi wrote a verse based on the team expected to make it in, then when they didn't he had to write a new verse for the team that did instead (the one in this video) and he banged it out that night.

It's a little sad that you need to really do need to be deep into League and the LEC to understand a the references, because Caedrel's had a whole character arc over the past four years. I'm glad you enjoyed the writing and the performances! Vedius definitely snapped, and it was dope to see Rustage up there, but I knew from minute one that Dan was gonna come over the top and slam. I'm glad they put him last on the track because it would've made anyone who came after him sound worse. He's been writing and rapping for so long, he was already dope when I discovered him in college nearly 16 years ago.

what i like about this format with experienced rappers versus the lec staff is u kinda get a contrast of styles. The casters have a lot of deeper cuts they can work with, but obviously not the same technical skill as a dan bull, compared to the featured rappers who obviously have more skill but more basic material to work with. So as a fan it kinda balances out to where all them have something interesting going for them. Even caedral who has never rapped before is entertaining to watch cause of his more goofy approach.

A little info on the people you don't know in this: - Caedrel (the Harry Potter-looking dude, whose real name is Marc Lamont) is a former League pro player. He used to play for Excel (XL), but retired and became a caster (commentator) for the LEC. He's also a streamer, and this was his first rap as an LEC caster. - Sjokz (Eefje Depoortere, no I won't attempt to pronounce her name) is a Belgian desk host for the LEC. She's a fan favorite for being sassy as all hell and tormenting pro players with her quick wit. Also just for context, English isn't her first language, so I find it pretty insane for her to rap at this level in what is technically a foreign language for her. Concerning Rustage's poke at americans, the LCS (the American pro League scene) are notoriously terrible compared to almost all other major regions. Even their best teams are considered "the easy team" in Worlds tournament pools, to the point where some fans are convinced that the only reason they even have main region status (main regions get more teams into Worlds than Wild Card regions, such as Japan, Southeast Asia, Latin America or Turkey) is because Riot Games is an American company.
