From an early age Dan had his eye set on a career in TV and broadcasting. Always passionate about music and current cultural trends, his first step into broadcasting was on student radio where his cheeky personality and quick-witted humor made him and his show a favorite for campus listeners. But hosting the most tuned-in student radio show since the station began... "Just saying" wasn't enough for Dan. He wanted to try his hand at TV, and while studying at East 15 Acting School, Dan fine-tuned his skills hosting a live weekly programme for the award-winning student TV channel, earning himself 2 National Student Television Awards for his presenting and production work. Dan also directed, produced and fronted a number of documentary films that featured on the 'Community Channel' on Sky TV and on the BBC Three website.
Dan was soon spotted by the children's channel CBBC where he went on to host the weekend breakfast morning show. Dan later went on to work on projects aimed at young adults hosting 'Ready, Steady...Drink' with inbetweeners star Emily Atack for BBC Three, and also taking part in the BBC reality drama 'Shop Life'. He has reported for MTV and covered many red carpet and music events interviewing a number of high profile celebrities and musicians in live and studio settings.
Shortly after Dan spent a year In New York honing his craft and auditioning like a mad man which eventually landed him the role of a lifetime presenting a new Disney Channel gungy game show pilot '3,2,1 GO'
Now back in the UK, Dan was immediately snapped up by 'Ubeat TV' for a weekly online studio music show which see's Dan hosting and interviewing some of the biggest names in UK music.
The success of this show has now established Dan as one of the most prolific and hard working online presenters in the country. Dan fully believes that the future of media is strongly linked to the online market and how we view and interact with programming through mobile devices. He is already ahead of the curve in developing presentation styles and media content to match the needs of tomorrow's viewers.
