Join master flameworkers Dan Coyle, Ryno and Hoobs in the Amphitheater Hot Shop as they complete their collaborative glass sculpture, employing advanced flameworking techniques such as frame building, cold bridging, and complex assembly.
This compositional work will incorporate each artist's individual styles into a seamlessly blended idea. It is something that the artists have never made before, designing the concept in full as they work through it. They will listen to the glass, allowing the moment to lead them to the finished work.

Thank you Eric!! For everything you've done and continue to do in bridging the gap between the degenerate and fine art worlds. We are so lucky to have a man like you behind the scenes. ❤

Wow! When you say these art pieces are "priceless" you're not kidding!

it's really nice to hear some true reverence to the sheer skill and talent to these lampworkers. While I don't smoke myself, it's sad to see pipe makers get constantly dismissed, even when people are shown pieces with incredible detail. I work in scientific glass, and I don't know a scientific glassblower that'd be comfortable with that amount of connections, joins, and shaping when made purely out of clear, yet alone doing this with a cadmium palette. Thank you for showing this

There's at least 23 individual pieces in each of the feet alone; we have no clue about the rest! Hoobs' work has recently sold in the $80,000-$100,000 range, so it wouldn't be out of the question for a piece like this to sell for that much too. Thanks for watching!

Can be studied at some schools arts programs. It's recommend finding local studios that do the work you're interested in and show ambition and apply
