Love these types of videos. The one with Jorge Masvidal at ATT - I didn't expect I'd watch through the whole thing with such an interest. This one's also great. Gives me an idea, as a fan, what it is to train be an elite athlete and get to the top. Great job.

Great vid, you could make this into a really good series: "A Day in Their Lair" of just fighters in their main gyms on an average day or average camp day. Part interview, part training and part just chatting MMA/ anything. Also, I never understand how some padmen can get so overweight- it's not like you can just stand there, it can be pretty tiring holding pads for a while- especially if you're moving around and making it challenging.

I really thought he'd mix in his wrestling vs Calvin Kattar. I don't understand why he didn't

Calvin Kattar looked like a LW or WW standing next to Dan Ige

They both weigh similar. Dan is just stocky and thick boned.

Every where has ghettos and places that are rough to live growing up with drugs, alcohol, crime, people taking advantage of the few good people and fighting especially in places that are not upper-class rich families. Even they have there issues that are just behind closed doors.

From where he and Holloway grew up (north and west side) it def is rough and fights were common place in the water, school, and neighborhoods.
