Dan can sing anything from metal to opera and everything in between. He has some beautiful acoustic ballads and Nessus Dorma and Gethsemane showcases his operatic abilities and even acting. He could be on Broadway! He has 2 other Christmas songs that are just as amazing. Glad you’re going to be doing more!! He has a huge following and we’ll all be happy to watch more Dan Vasc reactions! I don't know what to say about Dan anymore without repeating myself. He's just my favorite singer and I can't get enough of him. So many of his covers have become my favorite version of that song. Thank you for your continued response to this epic cover by Dan and his guitarist Victor. When I heard this cover for the first time before Christmas I was shocked. But then I had to laugh at myself. It has become one of my favorite songs today. Dan is Dan and he makes every song his own, simply sung beautifully.

I love this song and not just at Christmas time 🤘. Dan Vasc has so many fantastic songs to choose from ❤️. Each one better than the last. Here's a recommendation: "I see Fire" - Ed Sheeran cover or 10 Epic Power Metal Songs or how about something from the opera "Time to say goodbye" - Andrea Bocelli & Sarah Brightman cover. Just simply expressing himself, gloriously praising God by singing a beautiful Christmas song.🙏✨💪 There are actually a lot of metal musicians that sing Christmas music (just like normal people😉), and even more people that love to hear it. With over 200 songs plus his own band's music (Fearless) there are so many performances to choose from. Also, he has other Christmas songs as well. Adeste Fidelis, Hark the Herald, Orion's Reign (a past band that he sang with), Hallelujah. So many, For All, not Christmas, but beautiful. And everyone of them is awesome! He stated that he is a Christian and I think it's apparent when he performs these songs. I really like your take on what you feature. Get some rest. For me this is the way Christmas song should be sung, with passion, power, love, hearth and soul with his whole being, GOD deserves this kind of power and passion. Dan did a justice to this song. That is how God should be Praised.

I think Dan's use of "Metal Musicians" in his title for the video is his humor/trolling showing. He's giving us a hint to see how many bite, but then starts the song off slow with his signature build throughout. He did the same with Amazing Grace. He also did it in "My Heart Will Go On", but changed things up a bit.

The reason Dan Dan titles his videos metal musician is to let you know where his background is period when a person or a group covers a song they don't perform it word for word note for note as the original. That would just be duplicating the song. A cover is when the group or person takes the song and puts their own twist onto it. Dan's twist is metal. Home Free Pentatonix voice play their spin is acapella. I also think he does it because so many people believe that metal singers cannot sing that all they do is Scream and nothing can be further from the truth. Some of the best voices and unique voices come from metal singers

Dan is not out to shock anybody or push boundaries. He is simply singing glorious praise to Christ on Christmas…. because metalheads aren’t heathens as you seem to be assuming.
