@@retired5249 well this is a dumb take, Dabo and smart are the only two active NCAA FBS coaches with a title. The fact remains a lot of good coaches, never win a title. But I'd bet a shit ton more money on Lanning than any other coach yet to win it. outside of maybe Day and Heupel.

I think it's a good strategy for Oregon. You always have to respect your opponent. Getting them focused on what they need to do this week against Michigan keeps their mind off of future games and where it needs to be one game at a time.
