WHY was DRN not HUGE. This song is a masterpiece. Always was. Love that band.
@dariowestern10 жыл бұрын
They got slagged really badly by the press which is why they didn't rack up the sales. This song is nice, but it's too poppy to rock out in the same vein as GNR, Bon Jovi and Motley Crue.

A good song is a good song is a good song. Pop or not. They shoulda been huge.
@motherlicious10 жыл бұрын
brywool They were a multi cultural band before a global acceptance of artists were ever in the spotlight. That is the reason why they did not make it. Basically put, rockers wanted white guys to look up to back then.....

to my friend, Dan Reed : first this: they, you know whol stole two tof your themes. 1. gun face, i forgt to make her mine. ( I tough her everything.. mick the thief ) 2. the trumpet solo on Dan Reed Network album is used later for, the idea, in out of control. I have got the love from Barry, thank you man, there is love in the heart of the city. why i write : i had serious black time. death and all in my mind. you saved me. what an album is that, Dan Reed Network. your pain is not love, your pain is misunderstanding of your genius. well the stones did not overlook you. it is only now, after 24 years, that I understand something of music. it kept me alive, you did. saved at least one.

Say Hello to the Rainbow child She don't talk much she just sits there and smiles She's gotta heavy heart that beats to the rythm of a different song Say hello to the Rainbow Child She don't say much it's just her personal style She's gotta magic mind that that reaches to the border of the riverside She don't know what she has in her hands If someone tried to tell her she won't understand She's like the wind & the rain & the flowers & the pain, She is everything. Open your arms to the Rainbow Child, If you needed her love she would travel the miles She's gotta heavy heart that beats to the rythm of a different song.
