Dan's Hero's Journey

This is an overview of my own life, from the beginnings fraught with abuse, a degrading childhood, my brothers graphic suicide, molestation, getting married and having my wife tell me I was not the father of her child. Wits end. Drinking to hide away from the pain I cannot bear. Life is not good.
I find a way. A difficult path fraught with the biggest fear anyone can face. Conquering the self.
Today life is simple and I have time to study as I wish. My life is one of ease and this path is what got me there. It is the deepest nested teaching from antiquity.
I'm going to do my best to welcome and collect life testimonies from advanced seekers who are willing to help other by being raw. To metaphorically 'strip naked' in the spiritual world.
Let me know when you're ready to share your story. The more the testimonies, the more the help.

@7.20 a confession in the moment; if you thought Dan that now all would fall apart and you'd be rejected... to receive a shrug. The truth of reality set you free. The 'kingdom of heaven is near,' and you hadn't seen it until now. For me, under a bullying father... a middle aged man appeared once I confessed my resentment. He's still a bully. But no effect on me. I could have died then, my father could picked up a gun I believed, but that did not happen and I lived again. A Dog Whisper walking a dog terrified of slipping on a smooth floor (because at the very time it did happen it's owner cried over it like it was her baby and her emotions got in it), took command of the dog and unbeknownst to it, walked it on a smooth floor, and he stopped. The dog looked down, looked back, and nothing had happened. Snap! Unlocked out of hypnosis. Reality hit the road. Humans, can be terrorised to inhibit themselves and others. Many people are wrapped up in: God. Sex. Comrade. In a love-hate conflict of intimidation and servitude. And in those communities, one of them may kill anyone for confessing the truth of this slavery that they want to depart. Psychologists imprison such people for Blasphemy/Hate Crimes/Bourgeois Behaviour for wanting to disconnect and function independently. Wanting to live by every word of conscience. The Gospel of Thomas they sought out to destroy. Alexandra's Library was burned down. Rulers create the infantalized. Whatever comes along to degrade humanity into Pride, they use it. Fishers of men. :)
