What a brilliant idea Dan, that's definitely going to be given a try on my layout. My only problem is that I know I will be getting a sideway glance from my wife when I put some hairspray in the shopping basket when we next go shopping!! LOL........Graham

Ha ha, yeah I didn't think about that Graham - just tell her it's about 4 times cheaper than spray glue and she'll go along with it! LOL

Nice one Dan, must get a tin to collect surplus scatter and great for getting good coverage,,, I think I might roughen up and gimp the top edge a bit,,,, but anyone can add to the basic which should be quite durable,,,, Like It,,, Alan

Hey Dan good idea I suppose you could glue two together to make them have more depth I am planing a 1\35 scale diorama of a sherman tank in the hedge rows in Normady France 1944 your idea will work I was wondering how to make hedges so thanks once again for the tip Have a nice day Bruce

Nice tips Dan. Very cheap and effective and you can of course blend them in to your existing scenery because it is exactly the same stuff.. Does the hairspray need to be unscented or doesn't that matter too much?
@TheMisterdan0110 жыл бұрын
Thanks Laurie, true about it blending in. I tried finding unscented hairspray but haven't seen it for a while, so I just get the scented stuff - at least it makes the train room smell nice too! LOL
