Yes please - running guide with Roberto!! I stopped running 6 years ago because I moved and no longer have trails to run on. I have not mastered city running and it led to me quitting. Please do a beginner's guide (especially if it includes tips for urban running).

You could start out by walking. Average 10,000 steps a day, minimum 3 days a week. Once your legs are a little used to walking, get a longboard, and replace walking with boarding (it’s not only fun, it realllyyy keeps you motivated in maintaining fitness, and what takes 15 minutes to walk, takes 2-3 minutes to board) and if you can, get a 10lb dumbbell, because most likely as you’re strengthening one part of your body you’d like to strengthen the rest too, eventually. I also couldn’t even do 20 push ups on my first try a year ago, now I can do 60 first try no problem. I’d probably be able to do 100+ by now if my dad had ever motivated me to work out, but he himself has never even tried living this kind of life, in fact, he is really unhealthy, so right now I think he is one of my biggest motivators, to not become like him, despite him never encouraging fitness. Sorry if you don’t care, I wish I could be a motivational speaker too.

And if you’re not too fit right now, even 10-15 minutes of cardio 5 days a week can help you immensely. Try going for 30-45 minutes. I spent more than a great deal of the last 12 years playing xbox, my life was xbox, school, xbox, sleep, repeat. Xbox came before eating, too, but despite my extremely unhealthy no breakfast, no school lunch, only at home lunch and dinner, I became really fat during 6th to the end of 9th grade, although I’m sure someone would attribute it to puberty, it was really my xbox and coca cola habit. That’s right, forgot to mention, never drink soda again dude, not as an everyday drink, please drink water. All I got for now. I don’t know you, but I’m sure you’ll be following some of these minor tips in the future, be it near or far, inspired by me or someone else.

Oh man do I relate and absolutely care. My mother is the same exact way as we speak. Only a month ago I was getting thrashed by my mom as she was telling me not to exercise because I couldn't help her clean as much anymore, told me it was a bad habbit, Even though she's struggling with weightloss today, which I don't blame her, she's stressed out a lot, but it motivates me to become better. I'm busier and busier every day with work, school, and staying fit. Hopefully with my girlfriend, and once school is out I can have a lot of fun exercising with her getting ready for our 48 state trip in mid-may of 2020.
