What I find the most impressive is that he does old Chappelle. Every other Chappelle impression you hear is young, "Killing Them Softly" era Dave, whereas Soder has perfected current Dave.

Google “Dave Chappelle jacked” and come back here to tell me he has three pounds of muscle. He looks like he’s gained about 30 pounds of muscle in the past five years or so and is clearly on some kind of gear given his age. Also, deepening of the voice is a well-known side effect of growth hormone as it makes the voice box grow larger, and no, people’s voices do not typically drop by an octave simply from smoking cigarettes.

I worked as a cocktail server in a comedy club in Wisconsin. Two memories stick out more than any- 1. Dan Soder being an absolute gem to the staff. He gave us all a cut of what he earned. Incredibly kind and happy to talk to us. The most generous, kindest comedian I'd ever met 2. Dave Chapelle walking in with a lit cigarette and not giving a DAMN while rizzing everyone (he was working the co-owned theater next door)
