Dan’s in the band, Fearless, and English is not his native language-it’s Brazilian Portuguese! He learned English later in his life, and he also served in the Brazilian military. You should listen to his greetings to the viewers, because he is quite witty and very knowledgeable. I’m old enough to remember the original songs of the 80’s-And Dan sings their songs better!! Thanks for your service and sacrifice for our great country! I have an enormous amount of respect and thankfulness to you and our US Armed Forces! I also understand PTSD, because of an unbelievably traumatic and abusive childhood-which is nowhere near what you had to deal with, as a combat veteran, and what I survived is nothing like what you experienced, Sir, and my hat’s off to you! Just remember that you have a life and soul that truly matters! God bless you, Sir! I’m looking for the message that Dan sent to you, as you mentioned that he sent you a message for a reaction video, and I was wondering if you saw his “Apology “ video clip regarding the Star Spangled Banner’s backlash that he received from his native Brazilian community, because I think that you may appreciate that!! It’s worth watching, and Dan’s Wit is very clear, although some found it offensive. Dan’s a straight up guy who tells it like it is and makes no apologies for that whatsoever! His voice is truly spectacular, and I’m blown away at his every video performance!

Dan is an incredible performer, powerful and emotional performances……..he can sing anything, you should check out his Nessum Dorma video, also Time to Say Goodbye. Another cover that will bring you to tears, My Immortal, and Sleeping Sun are excellent. BUT, one that you will really enjoy would be I’ll Make a Man Out Of You, and his most recent EPIC version of My Heart Will Go On………👍😊

Welcome to the rabbit hole. Dan has a band called Fearless. He wants to be his own person and not bend to someone else's rule. This is why he does KZbin. Go through his videos and you will find ones where he just talks. They too are amazing . Yes VascNation!!!

I agree with you, he is amazing. He already has a band called "Fearless" and there are a couple of their songs in his channel. However, he choses not to tour or have a record label. Glad you enjoyed it. You might enjoy his American Trilogy from Elvis Presley, a very emotional homage to his father who had passed away recently.

My one quibble with this reaction is that you didn't play the outro.😕 On the videos that have outros, please 🙏 always play them as they give insight into Dan himself or the song or both. This was the first song I ever heard by Dan, on 9/15/20. Can't believe it's been almost three years already since I first entered the Dan Vasc rabbit hole! Overall, a great reaction! Would've been excelente with the outro, but you keep reacting to DAN and other artists I like, and I'll keep watching.

Dan's latest cover song has just been released on the channel of Confessori: CONFESSORI ft. DAN VASC "Where the Eagles Fly" (Official Music Video). Dan is not in a rock band. because he has chosen to do his career his own way instead of working for a cable and letting them make all the money and telling him what to do and where to go when. He does front a metal band called Fearless made up of himself, his brother Davi, and two friends (Gabriel Belize and Giovanni Rezende). They have reduced one album and he is now working on writing the music and lyrics for new songs.

Dan is in a band! It's called Fearless, with his brother Davi and their friends Gabriel and Gio. They were on the verge of being signed by Christopher Lee's metal label, but sadly, he passed away before the deal could be finalized. They have an album of all original music called Chronicles of Ancient Wisdom, and it's great! My favorite song on it is Tale With No End.
