Victor The Guitar Nerd is Victor Jonasson who is now a permanent member of ELEINE, a heavy metal Swedish band who just finished a world tour, so you can see his face on videos of their performances (finally see what he looks like). Have to direct this to SueSue - wow, I *loved* the anticipation on your face. It was like reading a book. Every time they came to a new passage or phrase, you could actually see the “what are they gonna do with this part???” written all over your face! Then your eyes lit up and joy washed over your expression when you found out! What a pleasure watching that reaction. BTW, *yep* Violet is another one of those indie artists who is A Force To Be Reckoned With. That’s why she and Dan pair so damn well together.

This is one of my very favorite duets. I loved Seal's original version, but this metal arrangement was exceptional. Dan said that when he listens to a song, he hears the metal version in his head. This is a perfect example. Victor was fabulous, and Violet was killer. Better than the original, IMHO.

Perfection. Those two and their harmonies, almost medieval in their intricacy and beauty. Victor's little solo is just exactly what this song always needed, just the right variation on the main melody. Merry Christmas to all!

Nice reaction, one of my favorite duets ever, cover or not. The covers I always recommend from Violet are "Wicked Game" and "Like a Stone"(the later one), very different production in both songs but they are both equally amazing.
