Dana 44 Jeep Rubicon RCV Axle stuck, removal time !

Here we have a stuck axle, we remove it and repack with grease and reinstall.

Why not push it through from the other side? It’s not much work to just do it right. I sure hope that’s not a customers rig I’d fire you in a second for welding on my 300m heat treated shafts.

@@BoostedFJ If you want to disassemble the other side and add twice the hours go for it. Id fire you for doing it the long way. Spot welds wont affect the shaft at all. If you were more knowledgeable in this field you would undersand why I did it this way.

If it takes you hours to pull the other side apart real fast you need to find a new profession LOL!!!! Heres the deal. It would take 15 min to do it the right way and I feel obligated to make sure anyone watching this video knows this is lazy bullshit. NEVER should you put up with a mechanic doing this and yes I have a shop I would fire an employee if I ever seen them do this shade tree mechanic BS. 100% unacceptable period
