My son was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of five. My ex-wife and her mom wanted to put him on pills for it. I actually put him in tae kwon do. Because me and myself I'm also ADHD and I used to amateur Kickbox when I was younger. That was the one thing that helped me learn and give me the tools self discipline all the things that, when you have ADHD you have none of those things. I told my wife I said give me six months to read to my son to get him in taekwondo. Taekwondo changed my son's life. My son is now 23 years old, he bought his first house at the age of 19 years old. He worked harder than everybody elsecan say where he works but he's 23 years old he makes $170,000 a year. He did not go to college by the way he is in viable so you have children with ADD issues put them in taekwondo. It will teach them discipline and self-control and they do get to compete. My son had the opportunity to go to Rio Olympics to compete in taekwondo.
