Graham is SOO good at interviewing. He's so low key, that the others want to fill in the blanks, and tell their story. Genius.

There will never be another Dana White, doing what he did, hustling the way he did, putting an entire sport on his back when few cared, clearing roadblock, after roadblock after roadblock and creating a multi billion dollar empire as a result. All the while, no matter how small he was, or how big he got, he did it his way and didn't change a thing for society, investors or the competition. Not even the woke era made a dent on how he did business or presented himself. Every corporation around him was bowing down to the mob but he held firm with middle fingers up while his company grew. It's truly a one of a kind story of sheer perseverance, human will and staying true to your principles.

He is a top-notch interviewer. I see so many people doing interviews that don't seem good and imagine how good the interview could be. Btw can I say that just because I say some people should not have a podcast or interview does not mean I am saying I would be good at interviews. If I find myself in a position where I have to interview, I would at least do some research and prepare. One thing about the internet is that it gives access to people to become pushed out there that might not be good at what they are doing. I am not even trying to hate. More power to anybody that pulls off independence.

But UFC pays their fighters nickle and dimes compare to their pay per view profits. They make multi millions on pay per view but their fighters makes like in the hundred of thousands. That's why boxing is still king because they pay their fighters millions.

Just looked up Marshall Zelaznik and I shouldn’t feel bad since he’s probably still a millionaire but after the UFC sold to WME they fired him after he worked for the UFC for over a decade leaving In Demand to do so. Then he became CEO of Glory Kickboxing for a short while but eventually resigned from that. I always viewed UFC as a great company to work for as they always seemed to take care of their own and hardly ever had big lay offs of personnel (fighters are a different story) but it’s evident that ever since they sold off the company it’s become the same as any other shitty capitalistic company that has revolving doors. I really hope Dana isn’t really selling the shares he kept after the initial buy out cuz I highly doubt WME is going to keep their word and replace Dana as soon as they get the opportunity and from there on the UFC will go downhill so damn fast.
