They had their drama for sure, but I think he’s probably annoyed that Ngannou’s actions are making the UFC look bad, especially after he gave him his start. It’s also impossible to expect a boxer who gets paid way more as the main headliner to ever want to try MMA and get paid less and take more damage. So it’s not even a two way street… White has so many fighters on the payroll that he can’t afford to pay them the same, not even his champions. I’m sure he’s slightly relieved to a degree that his success didn’t continue as other fighters in the UFC might try to cross over to get a higher pay and demote his work. The reality is on a different playing field the pro boxer will always wreck an MMA fighter in the ring. And the same goes for when they try to do MMA and get KO’d by a kick to the head or fall and tap out after a single kick to the thigh. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Dana is a betting man who plays the odds. He knew McGregor was an enormous PPV draw in his prime and Floyd was the biggest. Also Floyd wasn't a huge puncher and effectively retired. Conor was also bigger physically and did have some experience in boxing. Plus Floyd called the shots since he's self promoted and the negotiations were very easy and quick. With Francis it was going in against huge power hitting monsters at their peak ,specialists in knocking out guys, let alone a mid 30s novice with hardly any boxing background. Also Francis never drew big PPV no's and the money guarantees for a loss making event would have been huge had it been a joint promo. Boxing promotions are hugely complex when you have TV guys, lawyers from various sides, financial guarantees, rematch clauses, etc, etc.

It's because Jake Paul specifically calls out 40 year old wrestlers with a 30 lbs weight disadvantage. These wrestlers have no striking backgrounds, so they are out of their element in a boxing ring, and their old age comes with reduced reaction time and athleticism, plus they are unable to take Jake Paul's shots due to the fact that their chins have declined from old age, and they are extremely undersized. If Jake Paul fought an actual MMA striker his size and in their prime, like Robert Whittaker or Sean Strickland... he'd be in a lot of trouble.

Mma fighters dont call it boxing they call it striking . The way they throw puncjes is completely different . Boxing is the pinacle art of how to throw a punch. Aj sent Ngannou back to the shadow realm 😂
