Jon 2 decades undefeated fought everyone they threw at him. Wanted to fight the most devastating knock out artist Francis Nganoo. He's been a company man for 20 years. He ducked Nganou, came to HW to beat that french actor which lost the title bout vs Nganou, and now spent 12 minutes in defeating a guy wich was curbstomped by Nganou four years ago and haven't fighted/trained since... You cannot compare JBJ to Bisping or GSP. They did what they did and chose a fight or 2 after a career of short notice nightmare matchups while natural and they were all roided. JBJ never fought short notice. He never fought the scariest guys. Plus what is JBJ at the end of the day? No one likes him, his only selling point is his “scary fighter aura”. Which btw is complete bs. You really belive what the UFC tries to make you belive in. Jones was never this kiler they made him out to be. He is a great wrestler with creativity in the standup who had almost always the size, height, age reach advanatge and took PEDs. The list goes on but this alone should make you quesiton your statement. He probably would have done ok too if he fought against people his size, but there wa sclealry a reason why a 6'4 men who walked around at 220-230lb+ would not want to fight in the heavyweight devision but in the LHW devision with usually much shorter opponents.
