I used to live in Roanoke in the Fairway ranch neighborhood, but sadly I moved in 2020 (because of Covid ruining my dads job) But I absolutely LOVE Roanoke, so many AMAZING restaurants were so close. (Like some in Oak Street, and other restaurants in Trophy Club) Even though it kinda sounds funny, if I could choose where to live, I would choose Roanoke. It just feels like true home. At the moment, I live in Arizona (not saying city) and it always felt different. I lived in Texas for 75% of my life, and its the only place I’ve been to which feels like home. I’ve made so many good friends also in Roanoke/Dallas, and most of them I still talk to online. ok my fingers hurt and there’s way more I can say about how good Roanoke/Dallas is. but I think you get it. I love Roanoke. OH ALSO I LOVE BABES CHICKEN

My brother sold his home in Haslet ( Sendera Ranch ) and bought a house with 4.5 acres just 3 miles outside Roanoke. They love it there

Not right now, but there is one down the street in Flower Mound called Trailwood. I would anticipate some more coming in soon, and will keep you posted if any are expected to pop up.

I really like the seventeen lakes area. Thinking of moving from out of state. I liked it more than the Wylie area and all the other areas in the 500-600k range

Hows the weather?

Typical for DFW, we basically have all four seasons with longer summer months. Right now in the spring it is beautiful outside! The winters can dip below freezing a couple of times a year in Jan/Feb but mostly above freezing. The summers average around 96 fahrenheit and can get above 100. We get pretty good rain the the spring and fall but its not usually overwhelming.
