S\Z published in 1970 that was on structuralism. The Death of the Author was published in 1968 which was on post-structuralism. Then, how he turned into post-structuralist as you said at 4:25. He was post structuralist before and after 1970 of S/z, he turned to be a structuralist. Would not be it the correct way to say?

Bhupender charlie U r asking the same question in another way. I did understand* it earlier. These writers actually didn’t know that whether they are structuralists or post structuralists. They just wrote down their ideas and that’s all. It is “we” (readers/critics) who categorised these theorists/writers. That’s why I said that a work just defines a writer’s characteristics of belonging to a particular school. It is not necessary that one can belong to ONLY one school at a time. It is his/her works that solely define him.

Now simply saying...watch yur video again and stop at that part where yu saying about his works...s/z and death of auther....now what is confusion in it? The confusion i m trying to arise is yur point of concederation that barth is structurlist at the time when he published s/z 1970 and death of auther 1968 is when he became post structuralist.... I m talking here about yur concederation not that bart considering himself.... The sequence of time period not matching with the time of movments existed.... If the structrulism ended in 1967 with derrida and barth then it cannot awake in 1970 again for instance
