"Döner" actually refers to the meat, although everyone also simply calls the version in flatbread, that Dan has, Döner. We’d just say Halloumi Dürüm and Döner Kebab in these cases. Dürüm and Döner refer to the form/bread, Kebab to the meat and Halloumi of course to the weird cheese 😉
