It has to do more with the hips move than the feet. If you learn how to move your hips the right way your feet will follow your body moviment.

Are you brazilian? Because if you are not, you can't say if it's false or not because you don't have parameter to justifie your opinion. Brazilian culture is full of African, Native and other kind of historical influence, and those girls just put all of these topics in one dance, including samba!
