In the whole episode, after this battle Ling happily said “That was my first battle!” to her members and they were so proud of her, they were all just happy and smiling. Really love all Jam Republic member’s attitude throughout the show 🥹💖 Plus Cera really ate!! All her battles were world-class!! 💯✨

I really like how you commentate and analyze the dance and can't wait for more. Ling chose Cera because she wanted to go against an experienced battler for her first battle. And Cera does ballet and Ling does that as well so that was also one of her reasonings for choosing Cera. When ling began to wack, Cera said "she's wacking now? She needs to re-learn" Just as Cera began to start her battle she said " Ahh its my song (the spectators (yoonji, waackxxy, funky y screamed "its your song", "show them"), and Cera said " didn’t she pick me to see this?, then I'll show my signature move, watch carefully." Along those lines. Honest I can't get over Cera's battle, she devoured Ling. I lowkey want to thank Ling personally, without her i wouldn't have seen Cera work like that😩😩😩

this will sound harsh but... I feel Ling should have chosen an opponent whom is similar to her, like in skills and style, to help her in the future. It's not about the win or how brave you are, it's about how much you can learn from the 1st battle. It's not just their similar background, it's how much you can absorb from the other. Here Ling choose an opponent she respects, but for me it was a waste of time? Like ME choosing to argue against one the best International Lawyers (im a lawyer hahaha), when I dont have enough experience in that area (but It's the area i enjoy studying the most). Here she was destroyed, but well if you have the opportunity, you can take it, also what I said was my opinion, I might be right, or not, but that doesn't matter. Of course i enjoyed the battle, but mostly for Cera, Still waiting for Ling's area, choreo.

Its not that ling is not a good dancer she hasnt battled in her life and i heard some people deacribe ling as a choreography dancer so i guess shw was trying to learn and go outside her comfort zone
