This album remains supreme if we’re being honest. They have never been more unhinged and wild like on this record. The song structures, lyrics, Melodies, rhythms, leads, drum patterns, etc they were really on one. If you listen closely to this album there is alittle bit of all of their records thus far up to this point they pay homages to in some way while also doing something new and fresh with the original lineup. Still a huge fan of them but they will never be this unhinged ever again and that sucks but they have consistently been putting our solid material their whole career god bless.

I love the unhinged and all over the place guitar work of this album. One of my favorites based on the guitar alone.

I would suggest doing Acceptance Speech 2.0 because I feel it shows what vibe and sound the album was going for, just due to some bad mixing you don't get the feel the album would have had with the correct mixing, hence 2.0 Also, don’t forget to listen to the two songs that were part of the DBM2 Hot Topic exclusives (Perfect and People You Knew) I think they're worth checking out since you're going through their discography those would technically be next in chronological order of songs.

Wild that Privilously Poncheezied is spelled wrong on Spotify lmao. Even sillier is that it's spelled properly on the Instrumental album

The intro of Purple Reign reminds me of the ending to Rock Solid

I heard something that they kicked kurt out because he started smoking 2 packs of cigs a day and claimed he would sing even higher on the next album, as well as the live performances around the happiness era Kurt was doing awful live.

I could see that. I feel like you don’t get kicked out and replaced by unreliable (at the time) Jonny Craig for nothing
